Staff

The members of the official board gather periodically to discuss, pray over,

and guide the workings, philosophy, and details of the ministry outreach.

Gayle trusted Christ as Savior as a young child. As one of Dave's children, she grew up with Dedication Evangelism and participated in the ministry before officially joining the staff in 2000. She previously worked for several other Christian ministries. She edits and designs all of our print materials and is also responsible for various office duties.

Gayle is a graduate of Northeastern Bible College and is active in church ministry (choir, children's ministry and special events).

Dave was born and raised in Baldwinsville, New York. He trusted Jesus Christ as personal Savior at the age of 14.

After graduating from Bible college, he pastored a Baptist church in Montclair, New Jersey, for 5½ years. The church ordained him to the Gospel ministry in 1957.

In 1961, he left the pastorate to found Dedication Evangelism. He speaks over 100 times each year in churches, conferences, camps, retreats, and schools and is heard on "The Word And The World" and "NEWSpoint".

Dave is a graduate of Northeastern Bible College, where he was named alumnus of the year in 1969. He has authored two books and several magazine articles. He also served on the board of the Eastern Chapter of National Religious Broadcasters for over 30 years. Dave has led ten trips to Bible Lands, including Israel, Jordan, Egypt and Greece.

Dave and his wife, Thelma, who is an active participant in the ministry of Dedication Evangelism, have four grown children (three daughters and a son) and four grandchildren and reside in Towaco, New Jersey.

Bill was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at age 13 and made a full commitment to serve Him at age 26.

After working in the secular world, Bill joined the staff of Dedication Evangelism in 1987 as Ministry Administrator. He assists in the production of "The Word And The World" and "NEWSpoint" and oversees the ministry website.

He also serves as the Associate Pastor at Chapel on the Hill

in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. The church ordained him to the

ministry in 1992.

Bill is a graduate of Liberty University and has earned a Master of Biblical Studies degree.

He and his wife, Donna-Jean, are the parents of three children: Bethany, Nathan and Hannah.
